The alternative is to fly to Manila and take a domestic flight to Cebu, or take a ferry. From the capital city flights to Cebu are offered several times a day. The boat trip takes about 20 hours, but sailing on a luxury liner through the Philippine archipelago is an adventure in itself.

Daily comfortable fast ferries like the Ocean Jet (Pier 1), the Weesam Express (Pier 4) and the Supercat (Pier 4) operate from Cebu City to Tagbilaran, the capital of Bohol. Upon arriving catch either a bus or a taxi direction Tubigon until Mocpoc (Sandingan Island). Arrived at Mocpoc, an outrigger boat brings you to the neighbour island Cabilao or directly to the Resort.
Individual trip Cebu City - Argao - Cabilao Island
On Tuesday and Saturday you can ride the public bus (south bus terminal) or a taxi, from Cebu City along the east coast of Cebu Island to Argao respectively the beach of Looc. From there public outrigger boats leave around 1.00pm and will bring you directly to the Beach of Cabilao Island. As there is no exact departure time be sure to be early enough at the beach of Looc.
